Its name comes from the area being very windy, thanks to its geographical features. The plants that grow on the hill also tend to be short in stature because of the wind. Many cafés and restaurants take advantage of the hill’s remarkable view. Windy Hill is also close to other tourist sites, like Sinseondae Terrace, Haegeumgang Islets, Hammok Beach, and a camellia habitat.
